We were founded in 1992 in Hsinchu Industrial Park in Taiwan and our original organization was a trading company with R/D capability to provide acrylic or polyurethane resins for textile and leather coating and finishing. Over the years, we have expanded our business and research ability to serve a wider range of customers specializing in printing, textile and leather coating, heat treatment for steel manufacturing, and other industries which need waterborne emulsion polymerization technologies.

Before 2004, we OEM our know-how and technologies to resin manufacturers in Taiwan to support our product line. In order to provide a better service and develop more advanced technologies, we opened our owned factory at Changhua, Taiwan, in 2004. This plant is equipped with its own laboratory and pilot-run facility, which enables us to develop our own product from laboratory scale to mass production. We have produced over 7,000 tons of acrylic emulsions and waterborne polymers since 2004.
