 EB-8055 is a elastic binder for textile printing. It is a green product and complies with worldwide regulations about health and environment. In accompany with our crosslinkers, UX-1515/1518 and GX-6400, EB-8055 forms a film with excellent elasticity, wash fastness, and softness after curing. Washing fastness: 50°C, 2 hrs, 5 runs, passed; 60°C, 2 hrs, 5 runs, failed, 3 runs, passed.

 EB-806H is an highly elastic binder for textile printing. It is a self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion. If it is applied onto cotton or T/C cloth, its self-crosslinking will provide outstanding physical properties. For the case applied onto artificial fabrics, such as polyester or polyamide fabrics, adding our cross-linker (2%), UX-1515/1518, is required to provide you with satisfying physical performance after curing. This product also fits all the international regulations about health and environment. Its elasticity is higher than EB-8055. The film surface is a little more tacky than the film from EB-8055. Washing fastness is also better than EB-8055. Washing fastness: 50°C, 2 hrs, 5 runs, passed; 60°C, 2 hrs, 5 runs, passed.

PB-8056S forms a film with very soft hand value. Such film provides excellent washing and scrubbing resistance after being cured at 120ºC × 5 min or 150ºC × 3 min. This product also complies with worldwide regulations about health and environment.

This product is a soft self corss-linking emulsion developed for use in flock backed foam applications where dry-clean (solvent) resistance is required. It provides good ahesion and hand value on different substrates, such as T/C cloth, polyesters, and Nylons.
